2 tablespoon kkaesogeum

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoon rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoon water

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon medium ground red pepper

1 small green or spring onion


Mince or crush the garlic.

Finely chop the green onion.

Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir until sugar is disolved.

Store refrigerated for up to one week.
